The RoleAre you ready to take your legal and commercial expertise to the next level in a dynamic, global tech environment? Kyndryl's Contracts & Negotiations (C&N) team is looking for a talented and driven contracts professional to join us in shaping the future of IT agreements. As part of C&N, you'll be at the heart of Kyndryl's commercial engine-negotiating and managing customer agreements that range from multi-million dollar outsourcing deals to bespoke amendments and strategic advisory.

You'll collaborate across functions, lead complex projects, and help ensure the profitability and success of our accounts. You'll provide sound, and well- reasoned legal, commercial and contract guidance to the businesses and other internal functions based upon established policies, guidelines, and professional judgement. Your initial focus will be on managing existing accounts and deals within such accounts, with the intended trajectory of growing into more complex deal-making as you develop. Occasional travel may be required.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex services agreements
  • Assisting with the development of responses to requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Identifying and mitigating legal, technical, and business issues and risks
  • Assisting with the resolution of contract-related disputes and contractual matters
  • Coordinating with other company functions (e.g., Legal, Risk, Tax and Accounting) to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Providing general advice and counsel to account teams and opportunity owners on legal, technical and financial matters pertaining to contracts and transactionsWho You AreYou're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it.
