full-time A highly regarded Chicago law firm is seeking a senior Private Client attorney to join its sophisticated Trusts & Estates practice. The group advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, and closely held businesses on complex estate, gift, GST, fiduciary income tax, and wealth transfer matters. Responsibilities Advise on sophisticated estate and gift tax planning Structure complex wealth transfer strategies Handle trust and estate administration matters Advise closely held businesses on succession planning Counsel fiduciaries on complex tax issues Serve as a trusted advisor to sophisticated private clients Qualifications Deep Trusts & Estates experience Strong technical tax background Significant experience advising HNW and UHNW clients Experience with complex wealth transfer and administration matters Illinois Bar admission required Strong client relationship and advisory skills This is a strong opportunity for an experienced private client attorney looking to join a sophisticated Chicago platform with high-end work and significant client responsibility.
