S_179642 Spherion is hiring a finance attorney for our client in Fort Wayne, IN! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and finance law, as well as experience representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. A book of business is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel and representation to financial institutions, creditors, and other clients in matters related to banking, finance, and bankruptcy. Draft and review loan agreements, security agreements, and other financial documents. Represent clients in bankruptcy court and other legal proceedings. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in banking, finance, and bankruptcy laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana. Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking, finance, and bankruptcy law.
