Full-time, on-site Associate Attorney position located in Garden City, KS, with a partner-track opportunity. You will draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and memoranda, and will conduct legal research to support litigation and advisory matters. Daily responsibilities include analyzing complex legal issues, preparing case strategies, and providing clear, practical legal advice to clients under the supervision of senior attorneys. The role involves negotiating on behalf of clients, participating in hearings, meetings, and settlement discussions, and collaborating with colleagues to manage caseloads efficiently. You must be organized, track and meet deadlines, and be ready to assist other attorneys as co-counsel or in case planning. Qualifications Critical reading and ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulations. Experience or coursework in Estate Planning; Wills, Estates, & Trusts; and/or Tax Law. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English in oral, written, and digital mediums. Proficient in legal Research, including use of legal databases and preparation of well-supported memoranda. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission, or eligibility for imminent admission, to the Kansas Bar without the need for special permission or acceptance procedures. Pay:

$100,000.71 - $120,000.47 per year
