POSITION

For more information on DBL Law, please visit our website at www.dbllaw.com . DBL Law is seeking a Banking/Transactional Associate Attorney to add to their Covington, KY, or Cincinnati, OH office. This position will perform associate-level legal work for the Banking/Transactional practice group, as well as occasionally support the Corporate and Real Estate practice areas as needed. The associate will work with supervising attorneys to represent clients in a variety of matters. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits, and a collegial work environment. Duties and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
JOB DUTIES
Negotiate, draft, review, and revise various contracts and agreements. Provide legal advice and guidance on various banking, real estate, and corporate matters to clients. Complete due diligence related to banking, corporate, and real estate transactions. Assess risk and advise on risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. Conduct research on current and emerging legal issues in the Banking/Transactional, Corporate, and Real Estate Practice areas. Offer legal advice on matters regarding fiscal responsibilities and transactions. Offer legal counsel on general compliance matters. Work out issues that arise from projects. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 1-4
years of experience. Demonstrated drafting, writing, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. A high level of organizational skills. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
