Talis Group is partnering with a thriving boutique Louisville law firm that continues to grow its highly successful Family Law practice. Manage a caseload of divorce, custody, child support, paternity, and other Family Law matters. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and settlement negotiations. Develop legal strategies while providing compassionate, responsive client communication. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents. Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to efficiently move cases toward resolution.Highlighted Requirements:
Active Kentucky or Indiana Bar license in good standing. 1-3 years of Family Law experience. Experience managing a high-volume caseload preferred. High-asset divorce experience is a plus. Strong courtroom, negotiation, and communication skills. Client-focused approach with the ability to balance empathy and effective advocacy.
