Description:

We are seeking a hardworking, motivated Associate Attorney to join our established and growing civil litigation defense practice. In this role, you will litigate civil cases, including helping to conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and manage case files. You will gain valuable experience while learning from seasoned attorneys. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop their civil litigation skills and advance their career.

Responsibilities:

Prepare briefs, motions, and other legal documents Conduct legal research Prepare for and attend legal proceedings Prepare cases for trial Maintain detailed and accurate client records

Qualifications:
