Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney Doran and Cawthorne Law Firm, PLLC Baton Rouge, LA Job Details Full-time $75,000 - $100,000 a year 8 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Professional development assistance Qualifications Law Personal injury law Doctor of Law (JD) Contracts Bar Full Job Description We are looking for a motivated and experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney with 5 -7 years of experience , exceptional negotiation, research, writing, and communication skills. This professional will provide counsel to injured individuals, helping them understand their legal options, and represent them in court and negotiations. You will also conduct research, prepare legal documents, and perform other duties to ensure that clients receive the best and most cost-effective legal solutions. We are looking for someone knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive. You should also be an excellent communicator, negotiator, and problem solver.
Responsibilities will include:
Communicating with, and advising, clients about their legal needs and concerns. Developing strategies to ethically resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients. Preparing legal documents, such as contracts, dispositions, and pleadings, accurately and in a timely manner. Supporting firm-wide organizational business and ethics.
Attorney Requirements:
Juris Doctorate degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in the state of Louisiana. Ability to work independently, as well as with supervising attorneys, to develop case strategies.
Job Type:
Full-time Salary:
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 (depending on experience), per year in base salary, as well as a strong bonus program based on case-lead generation and/or productivity.

Louisiana (a candidate also licensed in Texas is a plus but not required).
Work Location:
Lafayette, Baton Rouge, and/or Opelousas.
