In this role, you will play a vital part in providing comprehensive legal support across a diverse range of practice areas, including estate planning, commercial business transactions and civil litigation. Your proactive approach and strong research and writing skills will contribute to delivering exceptional legal counsel to our clients. Experience Prior experience working within a law office environment is highly preferred. Experience drafting contracts, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents. Familiarity with court depositions, trial preparation processes, and litigation procedures. Strong negotiation skills. Excellent writing skills for clear legal drafting and persuasive communication.
