We're looking for a self-starter with a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, solid knowledge of Louisiana estate and succession law, and the ability to take ownership of matters and keep them moving. Just as important, you must be good with people—someone who listens well, communicates clearly, and earns clients' confidence. If you know estate law, care about getting the details right, follow through, and genuinely enjoy working with clients, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do This is a client-facing role where you'll take ownership of estate planning and succession matters from the initial meeting through completion. Meet with clients, provide legal guidance, and design estate plans tailored to their goals Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents Handle Louisiana successions and estate administration matters Work closely with our paralegals and staff to keep matters accurate, organized, and moving forward Who We're Looking For You must be licensed to practice law in Louisiana and in good standing. Experience in estate planning, successions, or trusts is strongly preferred.
