We are looking for a highly analytical candidate with good communication and organizing skills who can work full-time and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. As our estate planning attorney, you will work directly with clients to establish wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. The applicant we are looking for must have extensive knowledge of estate planning. If this sounds like you, please apply!
Compensation:
$90,000 - $125,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Discuss plans with clients for distributing clients' assets Represent clients in court proceedings as needed Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date Prepare wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations
Qualifications:
Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations At least 1-2 years of working in a law firm on on estate planning and probate law issues is necessary 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts About Company We help people with some of their most important decisions, so building a good relationship, delivering great results, and taking ownership of the process while helping clients have a great experience is exactly what we do.
