Temporary Litigation Attorney Boston, MA | Onsite | Temporary/Project-Based | Up to $130/hr DOE A Boston law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney for a temporary, project-based opportunity supporting a significant Massachusetts state court matter currently scheduled for trial in December. The attorney will work closely with senior counsel on all aspects of case preparation, with the potential to participate in or handle the trial. Responsibilities Assist with case strategy and ongoing litigation preparation Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings Prepare and organize case documents, exhibits, and trial materials Assist with pre-trial motions and preparation Prepare for and participate in witness preparation Review discovery and organize evidence for trial Support trial preparation and, ideally, participate in the December trial Qualifications Active Massachusetts Bar admission Strong Massachusetts state court litigation experience Experience taking cases through trial strongly preferred Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a complex, deadline-driven matter Comfortable working closely with senior attorneys and taking ownership of assignments Trial experience is a significant plus This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator looking for a focused, high-level project with meaningful responsibility and potential trial exposure.
