Direct Hire Salary Range:

$250-400K depending on experience Are you an experienced attorney looking to take on sophisticated technology and outsourcing matters with a highly respected, growing practice? Our client is seeking a seasoned transactional attorney to work directly with clients on complex agreements, negotiations, and strategic business matters. Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated technology and commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, implementation, integration, and outsourcing agreements Advise clients throughout the full contract lifecycle, from intake and negotiation through execution, amendments, and ongoing management Partner with business, procurement, technology, and operational teams to develop practical, business-minded solutions Identify and address legal and commercial risks while advancing client objectives Counsel clients on contract interpretation, restructuring, amendments, and related disputes Independently manage transactions while contributing to larger, complex matters Stay current on developments in technology transactions, commercial contracting, privacy, and data security

Qualifications:

8-10+ years of experience in technology transactions, outsourcing, commercial contracts, or a related practice Strong drafting, negotiation, and issue-spotting skills Demonstrated ability to independently manage sophisticated matters and exercise sound judgment Practical, solutions-oriented approach with strong business acumen Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills Experience working directly with corporate, procurement, technology, or operational stakeholders Large or sophisticated law firm experience preferred, but not required Data privacy, cybersecurity, or business development experience is a plus Attorneys with established client relationships are encouraged to apply Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a Word document resume to Natalie at: Nsykes@naglergroup.com for immediate consideration!
