We are looking for an experienced family law attorney to support a busy domestic relations practice in Framingham, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract opportunity is suited for a lawyer who is comfortable handling sensitive client matters, appearing in court, and managing cases from initial assessment through resolution. The role offers the chance to work on a broad range of family law disputes while collaborating with a well-established legal team committed to strong client advocacy.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee family law matters from client intake through final resolution, developing case strategies tailored to each situation.
• Advocate for clients in Massachusetts Probate & Family Court during hearings, conferences, and trial proceedings.
• Prepare and revise legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, financial disclosures, discovery materials, and client correspondence.
• Analyze legal issues affecting domestic relations cases and advise clients on practical options and potential outcomes.
• Partner with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to deliver responsive and high-quality legal service.
• Track deadlines, maintain accurate case documentation, and ensure filings and procedural requirements are completed on time.
• Support negotiated resolutions by participating in mediation, conciliation, and other alternative dispute processes when appropriate.
