Job Overview:

Kravetz Law Associates, PLLC is a small boutique law firm with several decades of experience representing Petitioners in Probate Courts throughout Massachusetts for Guardianship, Health Care Proxy and Conservatorship matters. We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Associate Attorney to join our practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, impeccable writing abilities, strong professional ethics, patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor. Affinity for dogs is a plus as we are a dog-friendly office with frequent canine visitors.

Responsibilities will include:

Advising clients on Guardianship, Conservatorship and Health Care Proxy issues Drafting and filing Probate Court pleadings Appearing in Probate and Family Courts as Petitioner's Counsel Assisting with administrative office tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor from accredited law school Active and licensed status as an attorney in Good Standing in the

Commonwealth of Massachusetts Other Requirements:

Must have reliable mode of transportation and be willing to travel regularly throughout the Commonwealth. Mileage and parking costs are reimbursed. Ability to work on cases involving death and dying, end-of-life decision making and issues related to serious and terminal illness.

Pay:

$82,500.00 - $95,000.00 per year
