Practice Areas The firm is particularly interested in attorneys with experience in one or more of the following areas: Estate Planning Probate & Trust Administration Elder Law Residential & Commercial Real Estate Civil Litigation Personal Injury Candidates with an established client base are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution. Advise clients on complex legal matters and develop strategic solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service. Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. Collaborate with other attorneys across practice groups. Participate in networking, referral development, and community engagement activities. Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active Massachusetts Bar membership in good standing. 5+ years of legal experience preferred. Proven ability to independently manage client matters. Strong business development and relationship-building skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. Demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.
