Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and human-focused Estate Planning & Tax Attorney to join our legal team. We solve problems and deliver exceptional client experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive estate planning services, develop innovative tax strategies, and deliver expert legal counsel to clients. You will have immediate ownership and client interaction from day one. You will also have The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in estate law, tax law, and a broad spectrum of legal practice areas, demonstrating enthusiasm for client advocacy and strategic problem-solving. This position is fully paid and integral to helping clients navigate complex legal landscapes with confidence and clarity. Duties Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives to ensure clarity, compliance, and client satisfaction Provide expert legal counsel on tax implications related to estate planning, business succession, and charitable giving strategies Skills A willingness to learn, show up, and be responsive to clients needs. Effective client communication skills with a focus on clear explanation of complex legal concepts Demonstrated organizational skills in managing multiple cases efficiently within a fast-paced environment Join us to make a meaningful impact by guiding clients through intricate estate planning processes. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
