- Full-time Experienced Estate Planning Attorney | On-Site | Norwood, MA Fisher Law LLC is hiring an experienced estate planning attorney with 5+ years of estate planning, tax strategy, and trust administration.
About the role:
You will lead client matters, manage business development, and draft complex documents.Specifically:
Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their goals and family needs through direct interaction Handle trust funding, trust and estate administration, and probate-related matters Build strong client relationships and collaborate with advisors and senior attorneys What we offer: Partnership Opportunity . Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. LL.M in taxation preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in estate planning and trust and estate administration Strong drafting experience with wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related planning documents Strong experience with probates and trust administrations, including fiduciary accountings Knowledge of income, capital gains, estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax issues Experience with estate tax returns Special needs planning and elder law experience are a plusBenefits:
