The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court (EOIR), as well as with federal litigation, particularly habeas corpus litigation on behalf of detained immigrants. Candidates should be comfortable handling hearings, USCIS interviews, preparing applications for relief, developing case strategy, and advocating zealously for clients facing removal from the United States. As a firm practicing exclusively immigration law, we are committed to providing high-quality representation to immigrants and their families. We are looking for someone who is passionate about ensuring justice and ethical representation and is not afraid to stand up for people's rights. We are also looking for an attorney who wants to contribute beyond their individual caseload. The successful candidate will bring knowledge and expertise to our team, help develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), mentor and support staff, and play an active role in strengthening our immigration practice. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
