Position Overview BourgeoisWhite LLP is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Associate Attorney to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience who is looking to expand their practice, take on increasing responsibility, and pursue an accelerated path to partnership. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and an interest in working across a variety of practice areas, including Business and Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Trusts and Estates Litigation, and Employment Law. This role offers significant client interaction, courtroom experience, and the opportunity to manage sophisticated legal matters from inception through resolution. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Worcester, MA. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with partners and colleagues on complex matters. Conduct comprehensive legal research utilizing Westlaw and other legal resources to support litigation strategy and case development. Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, correspondence, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and negotiations. Provide strategic legal counsel to clients in matters involving business disputes, employment issues, real estate conflicts, and trust and estate litigation. Develop and execute case strategies designed to achieve favorable client outcomes. Participate in client meetings and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the litigation process. Stay current with developments in applicable laws, regulations, and legal trends to ensure the delivery of accurate and effective legal advice. Contribute to the firm's continued growth through excellent client service and professional leadership. Qualifications Required Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar. Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation. Strong legal research skills and proficiency with Westlaw. Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Ability to independently manage cases while working effectively within a collaborative team environment. Trial experience. Commitment to providing outstanding client service and high-quality legal work. Preferred Experience in one or more of the following areas: Business and Commercial Litigation Real Estate Litigation Trusts and Estates Litigation Employment Law Experience handling client relationships and participating in business development initiatives.
