Job Description:
Antitrust Associate (Mid-level) Washington, D.C. $220,000-350,000 A leading Am Law 100 firm is seeking a mid-level Antitrust Associate (3+ years' experience) to join its established Washington, DC practice. This role offers exposure to the full spectrum of antitrust law, including:
  • High-stakes antitrust litigation
  • Government investigations involving federal and state competition authorities
  • Merger reviews and clearance matters
  • Strategic antitrust counselling
  • Compliance programmes and executive training You'll work on sophisticated, high-profile matters involving complex competition issues, with significant client contact and the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility from an early stage.
The ideal candidate will have:
? At least 3 years of substantive antitrust experience ? Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills ? Experience interacting with federal antitrust enforcement agencies (preferred) ? A practical, commercial approach to solving complex legal issues ?
