Hiring:
Senior Appian Developer iShift is looking for a senior Appian developer for a federal client building a new enterprise booking and scheduling application from the ground up. One dedicated seat, embedded with the client's team, hands-on from requirements through post-MVP stabilization. This is a build role, not a maintenance role. What you'd be building:- A unified self-service request portal replacing several disconnected intake channels, with a guided wizard that routes each request to the right fulfilling group
- Back-office dashboards and reporting for the staff who work the queue
- Integration with an existing Appian room reservation application so bookings flow through to the right team automatically Must have:
- 3+ years developing full-time on Appian
- ACTIVE Appian Senior Developer or Lead Developer certification - this one is non-negotiable and lapsed credentials don't count
- 5+ years in a related IT role
- Web API development
- Configuring Appian with complex API integrations, data structures, business rules, and group/user security
- Leading requirements workshops with non-technical stakeholders
- Performance tuning of Appian processes and interfaces
- MariaDB (preferred), MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MSSQL
HTML, CSS, HTTP, JSON
- Microsoft Office including Visio
- Agile/Scrum
- Able to pass a federal background check What makes you stand out:
