• 5+ years of experience to join education law group of highly regarded mid-sized law firm in Columbia, MD.

Preference given to individual with prior special education practice, knowledge of education regulations/policy, and willingness to handle both special education and general education matters. Position requires ambitious, driven individual with excellent legal research and writing skills, litigation experience, oral and written advocacy skills, strong interpersonal skills, sharp attention to detail, and a desire to excel Must be able to function well in deadline-driven environment and have flexibility to work additional hours when necessary Must work onsite in Columbia office until fully trained
