Personal Injury Insurance Defense Attorney - Ellicott City, MD Personal Injury Insurance Defense Attorney - Ellicott City, MDAttorney Lawyer Insurance Company Litigation Policy Development Transaction _.Seeking attorney with 3+ years of insurance defense civil litigation experience to work closely with insureds and claims team to ensure appropriate defenses are pursued and leveraged.
Activities:
  • Analyze complex claims and lawsuits.
  • Provides legal research, advice and direction to Claims Department.
  • Provide legal representation of insureds and insurer before courts and arbitration panels.
  • Prepare answers, legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs, etc.
  • Conduct and oversee depositions.
  • Attend court conferences, arbitrations, motions and trials.
  • Collaboratively negotiate settlements.
