Fatemi, LLC is looking to hire an immigration attorney to assist our growing/expanding immigration department in the area of employment-based, family-based, and deportation defense cases. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in any U.S. state (preferred the state of MD) and have 5-7-years' experience. Proficiency in the Spanish language is a must. Candidates must also have excellent client communication skills, strong writing, and analytical skills. In addition, candidates must have the ability to work as a team player, pay attention to detail, and have sound judgment with excellent work behavior. Finally, candidates must be proficient in AILA Link, Westlaw, Lexis, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
