Type:
full-time Corporate Associate - Capital Markets & Public Companies Stonegate Workforce Group is seeking a corporate associate with 4-6 years of experience advising public companies or investment banks for a Capital Markets and Public Companies practice. The ideal candidate has experience advising public companies on SEC compliance, disclosure, corporate governance, and exchange matters. Candidates should also have represented issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions, such as IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, or follow-on offerings. Experience with technology or life sciences companies is preferred. Strong academic credentials and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are required. Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction where they apply or eligible to sit for or waive into the next bar exam.
