This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. Duties Represent clients in removal proceedings in Immigration Court. Litigate immigration matters in federal court. Handle family-based immigration, naturalization, waiver, and other proceedings before USCIS. Manage consular processing and other immigration proceedings. Requirements Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction. Experience in removal defense, criminal-immigration matters, and federal court litigation.
