The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in private credit and finance matters, with a focus on lending and various financing transactions. Duties Handle private credit and finance matters with expertise. Engage in lending transactions, including borrower-side exposure. Manage financing transactions such as cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. Contribute to asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in private credit/finance at a recognized law firm or equivalent legal experience. Demonstrated experience in lending and financing transactions. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
