  • Senior Business and Corporate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their team onsite.
This Attorney will have experience with employment law, business and corporate transactions, shareholders and operating agreements, non-compete agreements, executive compensation and business dispute resolution, providing strategic counsel and representation to sophisticated business clients while supporting continued firm growth.
Offer:
Salary range: $120,000

Qualifications:
Admission to practice law in Maryland in good standing Admission to practice in Washington, D.C. and Virginia preferred Five or more years of experience handling employment, business and corporate matters Demonstrated excellence in legal writing and analytical skills Portable book of business welcomed Strong client communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach Ability to exercise sound judgment with consistent attention to detail
Responsibilities:
