Location:
Grandville, Michigan - This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where you'll work closely with an experienced legal team while serving clients throughout West Michigan.

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Michigan. Immigration law experience is welcomed but not required for candidates with strong legal writing, advocacy, and litigation skills. Job Description Represent clients in immigration removal proceedings and related court matters. Prepare and file immigration applications, petitions, motions, and legal briefs. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies. Meet directly with clients to provide legal guidance and case updates. Draft correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents. Assemble supporting evidence for immigration filings. Travel to courts and hearings as needed. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to provide exceptional client service. Manage an active caseload while maintaining high-quality legal work. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD). Active Michigan Bar license required. Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. Excellent communication and client relationship abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Immigration law experience is a plus but not required. Spanish fluency is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple products is preferred.
