We're growing and looking for an associate attorney who wants real case responsibility and a direct line to the firm's founder. What you'll do Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution Meet with clients, gather records, and keep clients updated on their cases Draft pleadings, motions, and demand letters Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel Handle discovery, depositions, and court appearances What we're looking for Licensed to practice law in Michigan, in good standing 3 to 5 years of litigation experience, personal injury preferred Strong writing and negotiation skills Comfortable talking with people who are stressed, hurt, or overwhelmed Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
