Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Intake person to join our legal team to help with acquiring medical and billing records, employment records, and health insurance (and other) liens. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in managing personal injury cases, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. This role requires strong organizational skills, an understanding of legal procedures, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Familiarity with MRO and Chart Request is preferred. Responsibilities Order records and assist clients with case development. Conduct thorough document review and prepare case files for litigation. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of case progress. Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documents are properly saved, labeled properly, and accessible. Communicate with clients to gather necessary information to obtain records, bills, and liens Assist in the management of deadlines and ensure timely procurement of records, bills, and liens Requirements Proven experience using the MRO and/or Chart Request portal to order medical and billing records Strong skills in document review and administrative tasks. Familiarity with personal injury law, specifically auto accidents, premises liability, and dog bites is a plus. Proficiency in data entry and case management software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
