Job Description
A well-established law firm is seeking an attorney to join its commercial and real estate litigation practice. This attorney will manage a range of business and property-related disputes while working directly with clients throughout the litigation process.
ResponsibilitiesHandle commercial, business, and real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Represent clients in contract disputes, business disputes, landlord-tenant matters, and other property-related litigation.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trials.
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other involved parties.
Manage case deadlines and maintain organized files.
