Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Employment Immigration Attorney to join our growing legal team. This role focuses on providing strategic counsel and hands-on support to corporate clients navigating U.S. employment-based immigration processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing a range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas (e.g., H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1) and immigrant petitions (e.g., EB-1, EB-2, EB-3) Advise corporate clients on immigration strategies, compliance, and risk mitigation Oversee and prepare petitions, applications, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) Collaborate with HR teams and corporate stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant filings Stay current on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policy guidance Supervise and mentor paralegals and junior staff as needed Represent clients in communications with government agencies, including USCIS, DOL, and DOS Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction) Demonstrated expertise in both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in employment-based immigration law Familiarity with immigration case management systems Prior experience working with corporate clients or in a law firm setting Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and holidays Professional development and CLE support
