Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is currently recruiting for a Minneapolis firm looking for a M&A Corporate Associate to join their team. As a Corporate Associate at you will join a team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services in the corporate. This position is an excellent opportunity for an attorney to gain hands-on experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and business matters. The successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide strategic legal counsel and support various corporate transactions.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of a variety of corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal memoranda. Contribute to due diligence processes for corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and franchise agreements. Conduct legal research on corporate and franchise law issues to support the development of legal strategies and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting corporate and franchise matters. Assist in the organization, maintenance, and management of legal documents and files related to corporate transactions and franchise agreements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of legal documentation.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to the Bar in MN 3+ years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, or related legal practice areas. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
