A well-established, full-service law firm with a strong regional presence is seeking a senior-level Construction Litigation Attorney (Shareholder or Counsel) to join and help expand its growing practice. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex construction litigation matters from inception through resolution Develop case strategy, oversee discovery, and handle depositions, motions, and trial work Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on construction-related disputes and risk mitigation Collaborate with firm leadership to expand the construction litigation practice Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development Participate in business development and strengthen existing client relationships Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing in Missouri (or ability to waive in) Significant experience in construction and/or commercial litigation Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters independently Strong client management and relationship-building skills Portable business is welcomed but not required Compensation & Benefits Salary dependent on experience and book of business Performance-based bonus opportunities Strong administrative and marketing support for business development Comprehensive benefits package Flexible work environment with a focus on long-term growth and success S8L
