Job Description Construction Litigation Attorney A well-established, full-service law firm with a strong regional presence is seeking a senior-level Construction Litigation Attorney (Shareholder or Counsel) to join and help expand its growing practice. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced litigator to step into a platform with existing work, strong internal support, and meaningful growth potential. The Opportunity This role is ideal for a construction litigator looking to focus on sophisticated, high-value matters while building and deepening client relationships. The firm offers a collaborative environment, established infrastructure, and cross-selling opportunities to support practice growth and long-term success. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex construction litigation matters from inception through resolution Develop case strategy, oversee discovery, and handle depositions, motions, and trial work Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on construction-related disputes and risk mitigation Collaborate with firm leadership to expand the construction litigation practice Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development Participate in business development and strengthen existing client relationships Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing in Missouri (or ability to waive in) Significant experience in construction and/or commercial litigation Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters independently Strong client management and relationship-building skills Portable business is welcomed but not required Compensation & Benefits Salary dependent on experience and book of business Performance-based bonus opportunities Strong administrative and marketing support for business development Comprehensive benefits package Flexible work environment with a focus on long-term growth and success All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
