This position focuses on creating tailored estate plans, advising clients on trusts and probate matters, and translating complex legal concepts into practical guidance. The role is based in Saint Charles, Illinois, and offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and allied professionals to build thoughtful, legally sound plans.
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals to align legal planning with broader financial goals.
  • Represent clients in probate proceedings and related court matters when estate administration requires formal legal action.
