Assertion Law Firm LLC is seeking a Missouri-licensed attorney who wants direct client interaction and strategic case involvement. What You'll Do Meet directly with clients and develop trusted advisor relationships Strategize and draft complex estate planning and business planning documents Handle litigation matters in probate, trust, real estate, and business disputes Assess client needs and create tailored legal strategies Adapt quickly to evolving client circumstances Who Thrives Here You'll do well in this role if you: Are emotionally intelligent and comfortable guiding clients through difficult decisions Think strategically, not just legally Can gather information efficiently and design practical solutions Draft carefully and accurately Adapt well to fast-paced, client-driven environments Prefer meaningful work over billable-hour micromanagement Experience in one or more of our practice areas is strongly preferred.
