Williams Law Firm of Lake of the Ozarks, LLC has been serving central Missouri and the Lake of the Ozarks since 1985. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team. Our practice includes civil litigation, real estate, probate, estate planning, business law, family law, criminal defense, and aviation law. Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload and maintain direct client relationships. Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and analysis. Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings. Participate in case strategy and client consultations. Maintain accurate time records and comply with firm procedures and professional standards.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Missouri or eligible for admission. Prior litigation experience. Valid driver's license. Strong writing, research, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Commitment to professionalism, client service, and ethical practice.
