Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on a broad range of business and commercial legal matters Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal agreements Support business transactions and corporate matters Handle commercial litigation matters, if aligned with your background Build strong client relationships and provide practical, strategic legal counsel

Qualifications:
