Job Description

A growing and dynamic law firm in St. Louis is seeking an experienced attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking for strong earning potential, a balanced billable structure, and exposure to a variety of matters.
Practice Areas of Focus:
Business / Corporate Law Tax Civil Litigation (Plaintiff or Defense) Additional practice area experience will also be considered.
Experience:
Ideal candidates will have 4-8 years of experience Open to considering candidates outside this range with relevant background
Billable Expectations:
Associates:
1,700 hours
Principal Attorneys:
1,550 hours
Compensation:
Associate base salary around $100K, depending on experience Performance-based compensation structure Attorneys typically receive additional payouts multiple times per year based on production (not guaranteed, but consistently achieved)
