We welcome applications from both early-career and experienced attorneys. Depending on experience, the successful candidate will receive professional legal supervision and mentorship while developing an immigration law practice or will take a leading role in helping shape and expand the program. This full-time position offers the opportunity to join an established, mission-driven nonprofit already deeply connected to newcomer communities through youth programming, English language education, mentorship, and practical support. As we expand into legal services, the successful candidate will become part of a collaborative team committed to helping immigrant families navigate the U.S. immigration system with excellence and compassion. All attorneys in this role will provide direct representation to immigrant clients while working within a supportive, mission-driven organization. Attorneys with greater experience will also have opportunities to help shape program systems, policies, and long-term legal service delivery. We are looking for an attorney who is eager to grow professionally, committed to excellent client representation, and dedicated to serving with integrity and compassion. Billings, Montana Full-time | Preferred start: October 2026. Earlier start dates considered. Compensation based on experience 1-3 years post-J.D.: $60,000-$80,000, plus professional legal supervision and mentoring. 4+ years post-J.D.: $85,000-$109,000, depending on qualifications.
