Job Description
Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a part-time attorney with at least three years of experience to join the Public Finance group in our Missoula office. This attorney will have the opportunity to work on all phases and structures related to public finance transactions, and advising clients on state and federal governmental and tax law issues. This attorney will provide critical bond counsel support on private activity transactions, including health care, exempt facility, private activity, special purpose transactions, and on governmental transactions.
The following qualifications are required:
- A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Montana bar admission or the ability to become admitted in Montana
- At least three years of relevant experience Admission to the Colorado bar is a plus.
