Responsibilities:

• Handle a busy portfolio of legal matters from initial assessment through resolution, ensuring deadlines and court requirements are consistently met.
• Represent clients in civil litigation proceedings and provide strategic guidance throughout each stage of the case.
• Prepare, review, and file persuasive motions, pleadings, and legal briefs tailored to case objectives.
• Manage written discovery, responses, and related documentation to support effective case development.
• Conduct legal analysis and evaluate facts, risks, and procedural issues to recommend practical litigation strategies.
• Coordinate case activity efficiently across a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
• Appear in court, participate in hearings, and advocate effectively on behalf of clients as needed.
