A growing law firm is seeking a skilled Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to represent employers, insurance carriers, and self-insured clients in workers' compensation matters. The ideal candidate will have experience handling claims from initial investigation through litigation, including depositions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trial.
