Share 38523BR Assistant Store Manager Charlotte Premium Outlets - Factory Job Description Position Overview The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the customer experience, training and development of the store staff, leading by example on the selling floor, and maintaining the store standards on the selling floor and stockroom.

Assists management with all sales associates, desk associates, and stock associates

Visual Merchandising:

Maintain all visual merchandising standards, directives, promotions, and ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.

Drive Sales & Profitability Sales Goals:

Meet or exceed profitability expectations for the store in sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion.

Operational Effectiveness Payroll Management:

Meet all payroll expectations.

Loss Prevention:

Control company assets by meeting all loss prevention measures.

Policy Compliance:

Execute and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements Minimum two years of experience with a proven track record for driving sales and profit results, and training and developing a team of individuals. Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis. High school education or equivalent preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting in excess of 30 pounds. Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts.
