Job Description

Commercial Litigation Associate One of our respected law firms is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their growing team in the area. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable firm handling high-level commercial disputes. Responsibilities Handle complex commercial litigation matters involving contract disputes, business torts, and related commercial claims. Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, depositions, and trials. Manage discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, document production, and e-discovery. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies aligned with client goals. Engage in negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions. Maintain strong client communication and provide strategic legal advice. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the North Carolina State Bar . 3+ years of commercial litigation experience , preferably with trial or deposition exposure. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication and client-management abilities. Proven ability to work independently and manage a litigation caseload. Must be in good standing with the North Carolina Bar.
Benefits Salary:
