In this role, you will represent clients in a wide variety of legal matters across State and Federal Courts, gaining valuable experience in litigation and diverse practice areas. Position Overview As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with a team of experienced attorneys to manage cases from inception through resolution, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client service. Key Responsibilities Attend and participate in court proceedings, including trials, motion hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, memoranda of law, and appellate briefs Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
