Our statewide law firm is seeking an experienced, attorney to join our firm's Gaston/Mecklenburg County team (Gastonia location) as an associate attorney. The ideal candidate would have at least 3-5 years experience at a North Carolina law firm. This position will focus on family law, district court, and real estate transactions.The firm desires to fill this position immediately. Annual pay depends on experience.
Experience:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Previous experience working in a law office environment is preferred.
Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Westlaw is highly desirable.
Strong background in legal drafting and administrative tasks related to case management.
